I am Chris Chen from Changzhou, Jiangsu. I work as a Senior Android Mobile developer at Wiredcraft. Before that, I’ve been working on Android App development.

1. What hobbies do you have?

I love watching movies and traveling.

2. What’s the most underestimated talent you have?

Rock climbing.

3. What’s the most adventurous experience you have had?

I have been locked down for over two months now.

4. What is the one thing you hope you’ll do in your lifetime?

To travel around the world.

5. If there’s one thing you recommend everyone in the world to do, what would it be?

It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books. “读万卷书，不如行万里路“

6. Are there any aspects of the job excites you the most?

I ‘‘met’’ C++ for the first time one day afternoon in class. Being a developer and working as a team brings a sense of accomplishments.

7. What was the project you are most proud of? And what were some challenges you had before?

In my first job, I was involved in developing a futures trading app from 0 to 1 as an Android developer. This whole project made me proud. It was challenging to work on Product positioning, user stories, project structure and network stability during the process.

8. What are top 3 digital products you would recommend others to use and why?

I would recommend Bilibili, youtube and hacker news because there are so many interesting ideas and funny stories.

9. What are some new technologies you’d like to explore in the future?

Japanese and linux.

10. What are the three things you like about Wiredcraft? Or what attracted you to apply here?

Website homepage design, rich documentation and open working atmosphere.

11. What do you want to achieve at Wiredcraft?

I want to learn more about digital products not limited to mobile developing area. Meanwhile, I hope I can create an interesting and useful product with my colleagues together.

12. If one day Zombie comes after us, what are 3 things you want to take with?

Food, weapon and family.

13. If you could have one of the super powers, which power you’d like to have?

Realizing the Fourth Technological Revolution.
