How Are You Tear

Tear recently joined Wiredcraft Shanghai as an office administrator. For the past few years, her main responsibilities were within the administration department. She loves to help keep the office running smoothly with her experience. Although her name is Tear, she like smiling very much because she believes that life is a combination of both smiles and tears. As Khalil Gibran said, ‘A tear to unite me with those of broken heart; A smile to be a sign of my joy in existence.’

Tear likes “watching” sports rather than participating because she thinks she is not good at them (sad face). Her favorite sport is tennis. If any of you are interested in a tennis match, she’s willing to be the referee for you and make sure you play by the rules! Her hobbies also include Chinese poetry, music and movies.

Q: What are the three things you like about Wiredcraft?

A: The distinctive job description caught my attention, it was very sincere, specific, and full of human nature instead of cliches. What has impressed me the most is my friendly colleagues , and the dynamic yet relaxing atmosphere. I am honored to have the opportunity to join Wiredcraft.

Q: What’s the most adventurous experience you have had?

A: Umm….it’s hard to tell. For me, the most adventurous experience was meeting an internet friends with whom I shared similar hobbies. Before meeting up in real life, we didn’t even know each other’s real name or appearance. But we quickly became good friends and I was even invited to be her bridesmaid after only meeting up twice.

Q: If there’s one thing you recommend everyone in the world to do, what would it be?

A: To make friends! The more friends you have, the more you learn. I think the power of trust is so strong and beautiful. Of course, sometimes you’ll get heart-struck and depressed, but remember where there is the tear to break heart, there is the smile to cure.
