Hello, Ville

Hi!

I’m Ville and I joined Wiredcraft (and also moved to Shanghai!) this summer as a Senior iOS Developer. I have been working in the IT industry for about 7 years now, doing full stack development, IT security and most recently iOS development.

I’m really into engineering and everything related to tech so if you have an interesting discussion in mind, find me anytime!

I joined Wiredcraft because of the variety of projects and clients there are on the company portfolio, international company culture, and also because I think China and the Chinese market is at very important point at the moment. It will be interesting to witness the future development and changes from the front row.

What’s the most adventurous experience you have had?

There are so many that I can’t count or pick one over the other.

If there’s one thing you recommend everyone in the world to do, what would it be?

Travel a lot. It’s not only fun, but it’s a great teacher as well.

Book/movie you’ve read/seen that has inspired you?

I recommend everyone to read George Orwell’s 1984.

What did you study at University?

Computer Science and Engineering with a hint of economics and Chinese language studies.

What are your hobbies?

Programming, tech, and all kinds of extreme sports.

Have you travelled anywhere recently?

Yeah. I was in Israel and Switzerland earlier this year.
