Looking for a marketing job that doesn’t suck?

You’ve slaved away all year long working on assignments that are a thousand miles away from the reality of the market. Your teachers trained you for a gazillion different things, half of which you’ll never use in your professional life (the other half will most likely be outdated in a couple years).

Your main responsibilities

  • CMS focused work, you will be responsible for updating website content, structure, layout etc. for prestigious clients
  • SEO focused work, you will be researching keywords and user search trends to improve SEO performance using Baidu Tongji and Google Analytics
  • Copywriting, you will be writing JDs of our openings, website content and social media content, etc.
  • On top of your responsibilities, you’ll help the marketing team in its main missions and become t-shaped (excellent in one domain, good for everything else). You’ll have the opportunity to become a scrum master, a product owner, a data master or an event organizer.

We’re looking for somebody who is…

  • Smart (with a great sense of humor, and who likes long walks on the beach),
  • Eager to learn and experiment with (a lot) cool stuff
  • But not afraid to share your ideas, and comfortable working with cross functional teams (designers, developers) all the time. We’ll need you to raise and own issues you notice
  • A sense of good quality content, you care about content and cannot stand mediocre content in your territory
  • Familiar with online marketing tools and approaches, you also have a business mindset, you love thinking data and outcome. You’ve experienced web analytics, content flows and CMS setup.
  • Comfortable with Web and mobile technologies. You don’t have to be a programmer, but some basic HTML skills would be a plus (we’ll teach you otherwise),
  • Native Chinese speaker in which you can write interesting, compelling copy, and fluent in English**, in you which you can talk with colleagues or face clients (you won’t have to write Shakespeare english)
  • A problem solver who also likes to work with a bunch of them
  • Not completely color blind, we like to design beautiful products and experiences
