Elevating Suitsupply's e-commerce experience on WeChat

Wiredcraft revolutionized Suitsupply's digital landscape by developing a WeChat mini-program, enhancing its e-commerce capabilities in China.

Straight, to the point and still personal, Suitsupply combines craftsmanship with flair.

Founded in 2000, this European men’s fashion brand offers high-end suits with a tailored experience.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, it boasts over 150 international locations.

Leveraging China’s website and Tmall, Suitsupply partnered with Wiredcraft for its WeChat mini-program aiming to create an engaging, personalized customer experience both in-store and online, and collect data to deeply understand its audience.

The brand also hoped to communicate its unique narrative and core values to its audience.

Optimized filters for a pleasant and helpful experience

Much like highly focused and extremely useful search engines, optimized filters can lead visitors through the product catalog, allowing them to browse, explore, and select products effortlessly.

Following the brand’s consistency, Wiredcraft helped the brand create innovative filters with intriguing icons.

Besides general filters like color, price, and size, we added filters like season, design (like plain, check, herringbone), material, model (for instance single or double-breasted), structure (eg. half-canvas, full-canvas) and fit (slim, relaxed, regular etc.) so visitors could easily find their desired apparel with personalized choice.

Thoughtful, user-friendly and practical: size chart integration

Wiredcraft helped Suitsupply integrate its size chart into its WeChat mini-program, offering users an interactive and informative experience.

With different measurements and a step-by-step tutorial showcasing how to measure the width, users are empowered to make informed decisions about their purchases.

O2O Innovation for seamless style

Suitsupply has 8 luxurious brick-and-mortar stores in China, known for their personalized services and opulent displays.

To further enhance customer experience, Wiredcraft implemented O2O features for the brand’s mini-program.

Customers can conveniently make an order online and choose to pick it up in-store, where they can try on the suits, seek tailoring advice, or explore more of Suitsupply’s products.

For those who purchase in-store, a simple scan of a QR code provides them with a warm welcome message and their order details on Suitsupply’s WeChat Official Account, redirecting them to the mini-program for more insights into the brand’s products, stories, and services.
